This all inclusive package is ideal for those who want to achieve maximum results in the shortest time possible. Make the most of unlimited bootcamp sessions and your choice of 1, 2 or 3 group personal training sessions per week. This allows us to train you on a more frequent basis, concentrating on achieving your particular goals.
Group personal training sessions contain no more than four people, and can be held at a time to suit you - meaning you receive many of the benefits of personal training but at a fraction of the cost.
Be warned, this ultimate package allows you to get some serious training done and is not for the faint hearted!
